Dear ClientScanner Users,

We are excited to announce that the notifications for the Next Review Date are now live!

The Next Review Date is based on the risk level of each loaded subject. It applies to:

1. Individuals/Entities loaded as Business Relationships, and
2. Employees loaded on ClientScanner.

Just like the Automated Daily UN Sanction Scan, the Next Review Date scan will also run automatically. It takes place once a week, and you’ll receive a notification both:

1. on the Dashboard, and
2. in the Notifications panel (side-bar menu).

These notifications will alert you when subjects are due for FICA review.

Notification section explained:

1. “Subjects Overdue” refers to the number of subjects who are overdue for FICA review out of the total number of subjects loaded onto your ClientScanner profile.
2. “Subjects Due Soon” refers to the number of subjects who are due for FICA review soon of the total number of subjects loaded onto your ClientScanner profile.
3. “Scanned On” shows the date when the latest Next Review Date scan was completed (this date will update on a weekly basis).
4. Red Dot Alert – if any subjects are overdue or due soon, the notification will display a red dot. You can view the details by clicking the Actions button.

We’ve also added an additional list under Subject List on the side-bar menu called Due For FICA Review, which will list all the subjects on ClientScanner who are overdue or due for FICA review soon. Similar to the Subject Lists for Individuals, Entities & Employees, the Due For FICA Review list can be exported in Excel format.
